Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Procord (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Procord provides:

  • A Discord bot for server management, tickets, and AI assistance
  • A web dashboard for configuration and analytics
  • AI-powered features for moderation and support
  • Server showcase and discovery features

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction) to use the Service
  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription
  • You must have a valid Discord account
  • You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service

Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must not share your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

User Generated Content

License Grant

By submitting content (showcases, reviews, comments), you grant Procord a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content.

Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Impersonates others
  • Promotes violence or discrimination
  • Violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Is spam or misleading

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

AI Features

AI Disclaimer

AI features are provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI responses for critical decisions.

AI Usage

  • AI features are subject to usage limits based on your subscription
  • You must not use AI features for illegal or harmful purposes
  • You must not attempt to circumvent AI safety measures

Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
  • Payments are processed by Stripe
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Refunds

Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues or service failures. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape or collect data without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Circumvent usage limits or restrictions

Termination

By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, contact [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or our systems.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROCORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Procord harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
