Artificial Intelligence
Procord uses AI features powered by third-party language models via OpenRouter. When you use AI features:
- Your prompts and relevant server context are sent to AI providers
- We use providers that commit to not training on your data
- Conversation history is stored to maintain context across sessions
- You can delete your AI conversation history at any time
We do not use your data to train AI models. The AI providers we work with (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) have committed to not using API data for model training.
Analytics
Website Analytics (Umami)
We use Umami, a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics solution. This means:
- No cookies are used for analytics
- No personal data is collected
- Data never leaves our servers
- No data is shared with third parties
Discord Server Analytics (Premium)
For premium users, we collect aggregated server statistics:
- Message counts per channel (aggregated, not content)
- Voice activity duration
- Member retention rates
- Active member counts
This data is stored using Discord user IDs and is only accessible to server administrators. It is not linked to your Procord account.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure authentication via Discord OAuth
- Regular security audits
- Access controls and monitoring
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Data Retention
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
- AI conversations: Retained until you delete them or your account
- Server analytics: Hourly data deleted after 30 days, monthly/yearly aggregates kept indefinitely
- Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
